Here is a graphic that I found while browsing the internet. I seems to cover, in a simple manner, many of the statistics associated with the use of ladders.  I will be following this up with a couple of articles dealing with "Work at Height". Far too many of the accidents that I report involve some aspect of work at height.  The basic and simple rule is: "Gravity is not forgiving"
